Product No Longer Needed or Wanted
Please complete the return request form, and our customer service team will contact you shortly with further instructions.

  • Items must be returned within 100 days of purchase.
  • Products should be unopened, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
  • Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for returns.
  • Once your return is approved, please include a copy of the return paperwork from our customer service team to expedite processing.

Returning a Faulty Product
If you’re returning a product due to a fault, we’ll arrange for a courier to collect it. Please indicate on the form if you prefer a credit or a replacement item.

Incorrect Product Return
If you've received the wrong product, we will arrange for a courier pick-up. Please let us know via the return form if you'd prefer a credit or the correct product.

Custom and Special-Order Products
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue credits for custom-made or special-order products outside our standard stock unless there is an issue with quality or damage.
